What you will do

• Lead a strategic delivery organization to drive world-class customer outcomes and operational maturity.
• Partner with enterprise clients and internal teams to drive strategic testing solutions.
• Orchestrate pre-sales strategy and identify revenue growth opportunities within the portfolio.
• Ensure exceptional client onboarding, pilot implementations, and value realization.
• Create executive-level status reports on engagement progress, KPIs, and financial health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to scale the freelance tester network and improve customer experience.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in professional services delivery, with 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex engagement portfolios and multi-million dollar P&Ls.
• Deep knowledge of software development processes, DevOps pipelines, and Quality Engineering principles.
• Advanced experience maintaining executive relationships and articulating complex technical concepts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong capabilities in account health tracking, financial reporting, and risk management.
