What you will do
- Lead a strategic delivery organization to drive world-class customer outcomes and operational maturity.
- Partner with enterprise clients and internal teams to drive strategic testing solutions.
- Orchestrate pre-sales strategy and identify revenue growth opportunities within the portfolio.
- Ensure exceptional client onboarding, pilot implementations, and value realization.
- Create executive-level status reports on engagement progress, KPIs, and financial health.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to scale the freelance tester network and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in professional services delivery, with 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, complex engagement portfolios and multi-million dollar P&Ls.
- Deep knowledge of software development processes, DevOps pipelines, and Quality Engineering principles.
- Advanced experience maintaining executive relationships and articulating complex technical concepts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong capabilities in account health tracking, financial reporting, and risk management.
