What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for multiple concurrent engineering projects, managing scope, schedule, dependencies, and risks.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps, project plans, and delivery forecasts for visibility on milestones.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technology leadership, engineering teams, and production stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional coordination and dependency management across engineering, production, and operations.
• Lead recurring project reviews and create high-quality executive communication materials and dashboards.
• Drive the evolution of project intake, prioritization, and portfolio planning processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or production technology.
• Experience supporting software engineering, platform, infrastructure, or internal tools teams.
• Proficiency with tools including Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, and Keynote/PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex initiatives across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to operate across Agile, Kanban, Lean, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical users.

Nice to have

• Experience in film, animation, VFX, games, or media technology.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM certifications.
• Experience supporting internal developer platforms or pipeline tooling.
