TL;DR

Market Development Manager (AI): Architecting and leading an AI-native outbound sales operation to drive pipeline growth with an accent on system design, automation, and team transformation. Location: Must be based in the US (Hybrid: Miami, FL; New York, NY; or San Francisco, CA).

Salary: $195,000 – $205,000 + equity and annual bonus.

What you will do

  • Architect and own the AI-augmented outbound motion, including ICP targeting and sequence execution.
  • Deploy and optimize a full AI stack including Claude, Apollo AI, Clay, 6sense, and Qualified.
  • Lead and develop a team of 4–6 AI-native SDRs, transitioning them from manual outreach to automated operators.
  • Own the inbound demo request process, driving conversion rates from 7% to 50%+.
  • Build and maintain automated Salesforce dashboards for pipeline intelligence and reporting.
  • Coordinate pre- and post-event outreach for all field marketing events.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Sales Development or outbound pipeline generation with 1–2+ years of team leadership experience.
  • Hands-on experience architecting systems with Clay, Apollo AI, 6sense, or comparable platforms.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, and lead routing tools like Ringlead or LeanData.
  • Track record of transforming an MDR function rather than just managing one.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and able to work in a hybrid capacity in Miami, New York, or San Francisco.
