Manager, Sales Development (HR Tech): Leading a team of Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline growth and revenue through modern outbound strategies with an accent on data-driven coaching and signal-based selling. Location: Hybrid (New York, NY)

Compensation: $105,000 - $115,500 base, with OTE $159,000 - $169,500

What you will do

  • Lead and coach SDRs through high-impact weekly 1:1s and data-driven reviews using tools like Gong.
  • Manage the daily and weekly team operating rhythm to align activities with company revenue goals.
  • Implement modern outbound strategies leveraging AI, automation, and signal-based prospecting.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure pipeline integrity and accuracy within Salesforce.
  • Mentor and develop SDR talent to prepare them for promotion into Account Executive roles.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Enablement to roll out training and productivity workflows.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid)
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within HCM or PEO domains.
  • 2+ years of direct management experience.
  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce and Gong.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop teams to achieve high-performance targets.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales engagement tools such as Gong Engage or Actively.ai.
