Salary: $195,400 – $260,000 USD

What you will do
- Drive SDR team contribution to pipeline generation across inbound and outbound channels.
- Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team in Chicago and New York.
- Deliver hands-on coaching through 1:1s, call reviews, and deal strategy sessions.
- Partner with GTM enablement to design onboarding and training programs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to optimize lead routing and campaign effectiveness.
- Test and refine outbound strategies, messaging, and account targeting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales or business development.
- 1–2 years of direct SDR or BDR leadership experience.
- Proven success in building and managing pipeline-generating teams in high-growth environments.
- Deep proficiency with modern sales tools including Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
- Must be based in or able to work from Chicago or New York.
- Strong data-driven mindset and ability to iterate on processes from scratch.
