What you will do

  • Drive SDR team contribution to pipeline generation across inbound and outbound channels.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team in Chicago and New York.
  • Deliver hands-on coaching through 1:1s, call reviews, and deal strategy sessions.
  • Partner with GTM enablement to design onboarding and training programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to optimize lead routing and campaign effectiveness.
  • Test and refine outbound strategies, messaging, and account targeting.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales or business development.
  • 1–2 years of direct SDR or BDR leadership experience.
  • Proven success in building and managing pipeline-generating teams in high-growth environments.
  • Deep proficiency with modern sales tools including Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Chicago or New York.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and ability to iterate on processes from scratch.
