What you will do

  • Own paid social campaigns end-to-end, with an initial focus on scaling spend on Meta and expanding to other platforms.
  • Build and optimize display and programmatic advertising campaigns across the Google Display Network.
  • Lead remarketing and retargeting strategies to convert abandoned quotes into bound policies.
  • Define audience strategies for prospecting and retargeting based on site behavior and price competitiveness.
  • Develop creative briefs and testing roadmaps in partnership with the design team.
  • Utilize LLMs (e.g., Claude) to accelerate campaign iteration and enhance performance analysis.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in paid social, display, or digital media buying, ideally in insurance or fintech.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads Manager expertise.
  • Experience with Google Display Network and programmatic display.
  • Strong analytical fluency in CAC, LTV, incrementality, and attribution modeling.
  • Proven track record of growing acquisition volume while improving efficiency.
  • Must be able to live and work full-time in one of the 40 eligible US states.
