What you will do
- Own paid search campaign strategy and optimization across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for all active retail business units.
- Manage affiliate and aggregator partner performance, including onboarding new partners and optimizing commercial placement terms.
- Lead channel-level test design, including bidding experiments, landing page routing, and audience segmentation.
- Monitor daily KPIs such as impression share, CVR, and CPL to detect and resolve performance anomalies.
- Partner with marketing analytics to ensure conversion tracking accuracy, UTM governance, and affiliate pixel integrity.
- Provide monthly and quarterly channel performance analyses, budget forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of performance marketing experience with hands-on ownership of paid search and affiliate channels.
- Proven track record in Google Ads (required) and Microsoft Ads (preferred) using value-based bidding.
- Direct experience managing affiliate/aggregator partner relationships and platforms like Impact or Commission Junction.
- Analytical proficiency with GA4 and experience diagnosing performance shifts at the keyword and partner level.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required (E-Verify).
- Experience in high-CPC verticals such as insurance or financial services.
Nice to have
- Experience with Looker or other BI dashboards.
- Familiarity with insurance aggregator platforms like Tivly.
