Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY (Hybrid)
Salary: $148,500 – $181,500 USD

What you will do
- Own and evolve the influencer marketing strategy across paid, organic, UGC, and ambassador models.
- Manage and develop a team of Influencer Marketing Managers, overseeing hiring, performance, and growth.
- Personally lead high-stakes creator relationships, ambassador deals, and contract negotiations.
- Pioneer non-traditional creator partnerships that reach SMB owners outside of typical fintech channels.
- Build measurement infrastructure to track brand lift, audience composition, and conversion attribution.
- Collaborate with Brand, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing to integrate creator work into the broader customer journey.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing, with at least 2 years in a people management role.
- Proven track record in high-growth SaaS or fintech environments.
- Experience building a creator program from a small team into a scaled function.
- Strong storytelling and creative concepting instincts with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Deep platform fluency across at least two of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, podcasts, or newsletters.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.

- Public presence or thought leadership in the creator economy.
