TL;DR

Manager, Influencer Marketing (Fintech): Leading the end-to-end influencer marketing program, strategy, and team to drive brand awareness and customer conversions with an accent on non-traditional creator partnerships and high-stakes ambassador deals. Focus on building measurement infrastructure, scaling the function, and integrating creator work across the customer journey.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY (Hybrid)

Salary: $148,500 – $181,500 USD

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the influencer marketing strategy across paid, organic, UGC, and ambassador models.
  • Manage and develop a team of Influencer Marketing Managers, overseeing hiring, performance, and growth.
  • Personally lead high-stakes creator relationships, ambassador deals, and contract negotiations.
  • Pioneer non-traditional creator partnerships that reach SMB owners outside of typical fintech channels.
  • Build measurement infrastructure to track brand lift, audience composition, and conversion attribution.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing to integrate creator work into the broader customer journey.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing, with at least 2 years in a people management role.
  • Proven track record in high-growth SaaS or fintech environments.
  • Experience building a creator program from a small team into a scaled function.
  • Strong storytelling and creative concepting instincts with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Deep platform fluency across at least two of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, podcasts, or newsletters.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.

  • Experience working in regulated industries like fintech, healthcare, or legal.
  • Public presence or thought leadership in the creator economy.
  • Experience working with brands focused on small business owners or entrepreneurs.
