TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (AdTech): Managing and growing relationships with key clients and agency partners on the Snapchat platform with an accent on campaign optimization and data-driven insights. Location: Must be based in Austin or Los Angeles (Hybrid: 4+ days per week in office)

Salary: $91,000 – $161,000 annually (depending on pay zone)

What you will do

  • Lead and proactively grow relationships with key clients and agency partners.
  • Educate brands and agencies on Snap's products and advise on best practices to drive optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with account executives and creative strategists during the RFP process to develop insight-driven digital campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to guide KPI measurement strategies and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Drive adoption and engagement of Snap's self-service platform and auction-based tools.
  • Develop best-in-class case studies to deliver an evolving test-and-learn agenda.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Austin or Los Angeles.
  • BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience evaluating success metrics and creating data stories to drive campaign performance.
  • Proven experience in the digital media industry, focusing on performance/brand marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic RTB marketplaces.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a deep understanding of advertising performance metrics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
