Salary: $130,000 – $150,000

What you will do

  • Lead export operations from demand generation to shipment and after-sales service.
  • Manage and optimize global sales channel coverage and distributor relationships to promote ANSI solutions.
  • Develop and execute market-specific growth plans and special pricing programs.
  • Monitor market intelligence, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in destination markets.
  • Collaborate with global partners and senior management to align market demands and technical specifications.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, operating budgets, and business updates for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in international sales, export operations, or commercial leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of export compliance and international trade regulations.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 50% of the time.
  • Proven commercial acumen with experience in sales forecasting and budgeting.
  • Experience in access solutions, door hardware, or security products is preferred.
