What you will do

• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates for tech, sales, and leadership positions.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active talent aligned with company priorities.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and people ops to align sourcing strategies with hiring needs.
• Leverage data and market insights to refine outreach and improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Innovate sourcing techniques using creative methods beyond traditional platforms.
• Manage and update candidate records within the ATS and sourcing systems.

Requirements

• Proven success sourcing for hard-to-fill, niche positions in operational or risk/compliance functions.
• Deep expertise with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Gem.
• Experience working with CRM and ATS systems.
• Strong sense of urgency, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
