TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (McLean, VA – 3 days onsite per week)

What you will do

  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment: planning, sourcing, coordinating, and executing all hiring stages.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define talent needs and develop aligned hiring strategies.
  • Source high-quality candidates using search engines, career sites, and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Track and manage high-volume candidate data in real-time with high precision.
  • Utilize recruiting data and metrics to provide results and insights to leadership.
  • Promote an inclusive recruitment approach to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work from the McLean, VA office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or client consulting.
  • Experience in Campus Recruiting or specific recruiting programs.
