What you will do

• Partner with hiring stakeholders to define clinical requirements, licensure needs, and hiring priorities.
• Source and engage candidates across professional networks, healthcare associations, and social media.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future clinical staffing needs.
• Screen candidates for clinical qualifications, credentials, and role fit.
• Provide market insights on clinical talent availability and compensation trends.
• Manage multiple concurrent searches independently using ATS platforms.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in clinical or healthcare settings, specifically with Nurse Practitioners or Physicians.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth startup environment, ideally in digital health or telemedicine.
• Strong understanding of clinical credentialing, multi-state licensure, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to source for niche licensed healthcare roles.
• Experience using AI tools within the recruiting process.
• Proficiency with Lever or a comparable ATS.
