Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum

What you will do

• Lead complex backlog refinement sessions to structure and refine project requirements.
• Translate business needs into high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Act as a primary point of contact for requirement clarification across UI/UX, Architecture, and Engineering.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to validate user journeys and functional alignment.
• Identify and resolve gaps, inconsistencies, and dependencies across project requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development environments.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
• Proven ability to handle complex, ambiguous requirements and drive clarity.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and MIRO.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with access control systems, identity management, or security-related domains.
• Exposure to system architecture concepts and API-driven systems.
• Familiarity with UX design principles and artifacts.
• Experience working in a multi-project or program environment.
