Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 annually

What you will do

• Identify, define, and analyze technical and functional requirements for AEM implementations.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
• Analyze upstream and downstream system impacts to proactively communicate risks and solutions.
• Manage requirements traceability and track status throughout the project and sprint cycles.
• Develop user manuals and conduct user training for the implemented applications.
• Support backlog prioritization by analyzing dependencies across requirements and epics.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience working with technical teams and solving requirements.
• Proven experience with large-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations, including Enterprise DAM projects on AEM Assets.
• Experience with metadata and taxonomy management, including content migration for digital assets.
• Proficiency with Adobe Dynamic Media and advanced features like Smart Crop.
• Strong knowledge of content operation processes, including governance, migration, and permission models.
• Must be based in Ontario or Québec, Canada.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront.
• Familiarity with Universal Editor for Edge Delivery Services in AEM.
• Experience with the broader Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Adobe Certified AEM Assets Digital Librarian Professional or Business Practitioner Expert certifications.
