What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of the Planview Portfolios platform, including configuration and optimization of core modules.
• Design and deliver custom dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Report Builder.
• Translate business requirements from product, finance, and strategy teams into system enhancements.
• Manage user access, roles, and resource lifecycle administration.
• Provide tailored training and develop reference documentation for project managers and executives.
• Collaborate across IT and business teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work full-time in Canada is required.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Planview Portfolios.
• Planview Portfolios Administrator Certification.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and relational databases (RDBMS).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business.
