What you will do

• Partner with Sales and customers to define strategic objectives and shape solution strategies.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify business opportunities and define success criteria.
• Design scalable customer experience strategies aligning business outcomes with technical requirements.
• Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to diverse audiences.
• Provide expert guidance on solution architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Mentor fellow consultants and contribute to best practice development and team initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or solution architecture.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Demonstrated understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, and modern SaaS platforms.
• Experience with contact center and AI-powered customer engagement solutions.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills for executive-level audiences.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
