TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Driving outbound lead generation and identifying sales-ready opportunities within complex B2B organizations with an accent on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and strategic prospecting. Focus on executing multi-channel outreach campaigns, mapping complex organizations, and optimizing the sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Location: Hybrid (New York, US) — must be in the Manhattan office 2 days per week (Mondays and Thursdays)

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies to communicate the SaaS platform's value proposition.
  • Identify and qualify leads within complex B2B organizations to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Plan and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns through organizational mapping and personalized content.
  • Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social channels to nurture leads.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce and Salesloft CRM systems to track pipeline effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth lead handoff.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a BDR with a proven track record of prospecting at mid-market or enterprise levels.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for handling objections and building rapport.
  • Demonstrable experience in creative outreach strategies and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strategic mindset to leverage market trends and competitor insights for go-to-market tactics.
  • Proficiency in using various outreach channels and dialing platforms.
  • Must be based in New York for hybrid office attendance
