What you will do

• Hire, coach, and develop a team of high-performing recruiting managers and individual contributors across all functions.
• Drive a performance and data-driven recruiting strategy, ensuring accountability to metrics and extreme urgency.
• Partner with senior leadership to align recruiting strategy with business priorities and oversee executive-level hiring.
• Lead the adoption and scaling of AI-driven tools within the recruiting function.
• Build scalable playbooks and processes to support rapid organizational growth.
• Develop an employer brand that attracts top-tier global talent.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, including leadership experience building high-performing teams.
• Experience at a SaaS company of meaningful scale, having built or scaled a recruiting function.
• Sales team mentality with a focus on pipeline reviews, accountability, and hustle.
• Data-driven mindset, using metrics to make decisions and communicate with leadership.
• AI fluency, with proven experience leveraging AI tools to improve recruiting outcomes.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Lehi, Utah.

Nice to have

• Technical recruiting background (hiring engineers, product, or technical roles).
• Experience building scalable processes from the ground up.
• Deep sourcing expertise and ability to teach sourcing skills to the team.
