Compensation: $165,750 – $195,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Tech Talent Partners in New York to scale the EPD hub.
• Partner with EPD leadership on role scoping, success profiles, and hiring strategy.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for senior ICs and engineering leaders.
• Develop the company's technical brand in the NYC market through events and community engagement.
• Implement structured, data-informed hiring processes to ensure quality and pace.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience to reflect the company's high standards.

Requirements

• Experience managing tech recruiters at high-growth, VC-backed companies.
• Ability to lead credible technical discussions with engineering and product leadership.
• Proven track record of building senior technical pipelines in the New York market.
• Experience building employer brand presence in local technical markets.
• Data-driven approach to running searches and tracking pipeline metrics.
• Commitment to maintaining a high hiring bar regardless of pressure.
