TL;DR

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid role)

What you will do

  • Serve as a strategic technical advisor for enterprise customers to scale platform usage.
  • Lead technical engagements to assess environments, identify risks, and provide prescriptive guidance.
  • Guide customers through enterprise API usage, system integrations, and governance frameworks.
  • Partner with developer teams to improve design-to-code workflows and extensibility initiatives.
  • Deliver technical workshops and training sessions for sophisticated platform features.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to surface technical insights that support account growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or enterprise customer success.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, integrations, and identity management frameworks.
  • Experience advising on or implementing AI-powered solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Consultative mentality with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be based in London and able to work from the local hub.
  • English proficiency: C1+ required for clear communication with stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Figma or other design and developer collaboration tools.
  • Experience authoring structured AI guideline files or instruction sets for AI agents.
  • Background in frontend development or design-to-code workflows.
  • Proven track record of delivering technical workshops or enablement services.
