What you will do

• Lead technical onboarding and enablement programs for strategic enterprise customers.
• Facilitate workshops to define automation maturity roadmaps and business cases.
• Develop reusable assets including test framework templates, best-practice accelerators, and demo environments.
• Coach QE leads and practitioners to advance their technical and strategic skill sets.
• Conduct adoption health checks on Tosca and qTest implementations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with account teams to support expansion and renewal conversations with evidence of value delivered.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on hirify.global Tosca experience including framework architecture and enterprise delivery.
• Working knowledge of test management tools like qTest or Quality Centre.
• Proven track record in quality engineering or test consulting within enterprise environments.
• Experience working directly with customers in workshops, training, or stakeholder management.
• Practical understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Agile delivery, and API testing.
• Active interest in AI for testing demonstrated through experimentation or building.

Nice to have

• SAP testing experience (S/4HANA, ECC).
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted test generation.
• Experience with performance testing tools like NeoLoad.
