What you will do

• Provide expert consultancy on product features, functionality, and best practices.
• Help customers unlock complex or advanced platform capabilities.
• Act as escalation point for customer success managers on advanced needs.
• Partner with Product, Implementation, and Support teams for cohesive experiences.
• Own and evolve specific solution areas, defining best practices and driving innovation.
• Advise on enterprise architecture, integrations, data models, and scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Deep subject matter expertise in a commercial domain (e.g., legal process, insurance, corporate law) with vision of best practices.
• Previous experience in customer success enablement.
• Experience with facilitation, content creation, and building engaging learning materials.
• Ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
• Strong presentation, written communication, and consultative skills for engaging senior stakeholders and leading workshops.
• Strong strategic, conceptual, and decision-making skills to handle ambiguity and change.
