What you will do
- Provide expert guidance on deployment, operational best practices, and establishing a Center of Excellence.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for customer escalations and product feedback.
- Develop and execute Success Plans to achieve critical customer goals and KPIs.
- Facilitate workshops to help customers unlock the full value of the platform.
- Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams to secure contract renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
- Advocate for customer needs across Product, Engineering, and Support departments.
Requirements
- Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom without visa sponsorship.
- 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as TAM, Professional Services, or Solutions Engineering.
- Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of building relationships with enterprise clients and driving success.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders from practitioners to C-level.
