Location: Must be able to work in the El Segundo, CA office 2 days per week.

What you will do
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that drive revenue strategy and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for territory planning, quota management, and pipeline analysis.
- Research and implement AI and automation tools to improve forecasting and reporting efficiency.
- Optimize Tableau, Excel, and Salesforce dashboards to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Use Python to build data pipelines and automate recurring reporting workflows.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of broader data governance and strategy.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in the El Segundo, CA office 2 days per week.
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or Business Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency with Tableau, Excel, and Salesforce reporting.
- Strong experience using Python for data analysis and automation.
- Demonstrated ability to improve reporting processes through systems thinking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Analytics/Finance).
- Experience evaluating or implementing AI-enabled analytics workflows.
- Prior experience in a lead analyst role or mentoring junior team members.
