What you will do

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that drive revenue strategy and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for territory planning, quota management, and pipeline analysis.
• Research and implement AI and automation tools to improve forecasting and reporting efficiency.
• Optimize Tableau, Excel, and Salesforce dashboards to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Use Python to build data pipelines and automate recurring reporting workflows.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of broader data governance and strategy.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in the El Segundo, CA office 2 days per week.
• 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or Business Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency with Tableau, Excel, and Salesforce reporting.
• Strong experience using Python for data analysis and automation.
• Demonstrated ability to improve reporting processes through systems thinking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Data Analytics.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Analytics/Finance).
• Experience evaluating or implementing AI-enabled analytics workflows.
• Prior experience in a lead analyst role or mentoring junior team members.
