What you will do

• Architect and scale the foundational GTM technology infrastructure to support commercial growth.
• Champion AI-driven automation by orchestrating data pipelines across tools like Gong, Salesforce, and Clay.
• Own the tool discovery, evaluation, and prioritization framework, including ROI modeling for software acquisitions.
• Lead business-side discovery for Salesforce and translate commercial workflows into technical blueprints.
• Partner with IT and data engineering teams to integrate tools into the corporate data lake.
• Establish KPIs and adoption metrics to ensure high utilization and operational efficiency across the tech stack.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in GTM Operations, RevOps, or Management Consulting.
• Direct people management experience leading analysts or tech strategists.
• Master-level expertise in Salesforce, Gong, ABM platforms, and data orchestration tools.
• Proven ability to write formal software business cases and present ROI analyses to executives.
• No immigration sponsorship or transfer available for this role.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience managing technology stacks within global logistics, 3PL, or enterprise SaaS industries.
• Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) data integration strategies.
