What you will do

• Develop and expand custom ServiceNow applications using ITSM, App Engine, and Integration Hub.
• Build front and back-end components and integrate ServiceNow functions with legacy systems.
• Create dashboards and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot production application issues.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum teams on requirements and backlog refinement.
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure defect-free delivery.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of total work experience.
• 4+ years of development experience, including 2+ years specifically in ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with Jira and GitHub.
• Experience writing unit and end-to-end automated tests.
• Ability to design and document system strategies for platforms and networks.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certification (Certified System Administrator or Application Developer).
• Experience with Mobile Studio and Automated Test Framework.
• Java development experience.
