What you will do

• Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage platform upgrades, patching cycles, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support the integration of enterprise tools like SolarWinds, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
• Develop and maintain workflows, reports, and dashboards to ensure data integrity.
• Provide technical mentorship and training for junior staff and personnel.

Requirements

• US citizenship required to obtain Top Secret Clearance.
• 10+ years of enterprise IT experience with deep expertise in ServiceNow administration.
• 5+ years of experience integrating enterprise monitoring and automation tools.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM principles.
• Ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Advanced ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery, CAD).
• Experience within federal law enforcement or national security environments.
• Familiarity with NIST, FISMA, and federal security compliance.
• Scripting skills in JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python.
