Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada (Ontario and British Columbia). No Visa sponsorship available.

What you will do

  • Manage and grow strategic relationships with transit agencies.
  • Support agencies in utilizing the data platform to share real-time passenger information and manage day-to-day operations.
  • Drive improvements in on-time performance and passenger information accuracy for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer impact and service reliability.
  • Engage with the talent community to align on future Senior Account Manager openings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management within SaaS, public sector, or transit technology.
  • Must be located in the U.S. or Canada (Ontario and British Columbia).
  • Unable to provide Visa sponsorship.
  • Passion for mobility, sustainability, or mission-oriented projects with real-world impact.
