What you will do

• Assist the band leader with all daily tasks and serve as the primary liaison between staff and leadership.
• Coordinate music licensing, clearance needs, and distribute daily setlists for each show.
• Manage music cues by coordinating with writers, segment producers, and audio engineers.
• Handle administrative duties including attendance, expenses, and casting paperwork.
• Coordinate travel and transportation for band members during remote shoots and road shows.
• Oversee interns and ensure efficient completion of runs and music cue sheets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience supporting high-level Executives in Television Entertainment or equivalent production experience.
• Proficiency with Mac and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
