What you will do

• Process expense reports and manage corporate credit card payments for department needs.
• Coordinate appointments and schedules for CNBC talent and staff.
• Maintain inventory lists and manage daily product requests and shipments.
• Review daily broadcasts and produce talent look guides.
• Provide production assistance for special network events and auxiliary locations.
• Maintain production calendars and coordinate staff transportation.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with basic office equipment and photo editing tools like Canva.
• Ability to work 8+ hours per day with flexibility as business needs require.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
