Salary: $60,000-$80,000

What you will do
- Own NYC office operations, service delivery, and building relationships including escalations, security, and emergency protocols.
- Oversee meeting and event logistics for leadership, board events, and gatherings.
- Manage office technology like space software, displays, and AV systems.
- Design and execute workplace programming including events, food programs, and cultural celebrations aligned with employee feedback.
- Lead vendor relationships, budgets, SLAs, and performance reviews.
- Collect workplace data on utilization, events, and services; create reports and recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in workplace experience, office operations, hospitality, events, or facilities coordination
- Hospitality mindset and ability to represent the office professionally across all levels.
- Experience managing facilities, vendors, property management, and service providers.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills for fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with workplace tools like Slack, booking systems, and AV platforms.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on-site 5 days per week in New York City.
