TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Warden, WA, USA (Onsite)

Salary: $30.29 per hour

What you will do

  • Participate in the oversight of facility safety procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in incident investigations and prepare required regulatory reports.
  • Deliver safety training programs to employees to promote zero-injury work practices.
  • Conduct facility and equipment inspections to detect hazards and determine corrective measures.
  • Facilitate Safety Committee meetings and disseminate information across all shifts.
  • Maintain and calibrate industrial hygiene equipment and assist with emergency preparedness drills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be able to communicate, comprehend, and follow instructions in English.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in varied temperature environments.
  • Demonstrated understanding of culture and behavior safety.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint).

Nice to have

  • 1-2 years of experience in a food-processing environment.
  • OSHA 10 Hour Certification.
  • Experience leading teams.
