Salary: $82,000 - $124,000 USD

What you will do
- Plan and implement environmental, health, and safety policies in compliance with EPA and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct incident investigations for accidents and unsafe conditions, ensuring corrective actions are documented and completed.
- Coordinate environmental and industrial hygiene testing, including storm water, sound, and air quality monitoring.
- Serve as a technical resource for safety topics such as machine guarding, lockout/tagout, and hazardous materials handling.
- Develop and deliver safety education and training programs for new hires and existing staff.
- Support Behavior Based Safety (BBS) initiatives through data analysis, coaching, and supervisor support.
Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency required
- Minimum of 2+ years of direct safety responsibility, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of EHS programs, risk control strategies, and federal/state regulations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including varying shifts, holidays, and weekends as required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Engineering, or equivalent experience
