What you will do

• Develop and manage project-specific EHS plans aligned with global safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Oversee prevention strategies for high-risk activities including working at heights, electrical work, and confined spaces.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure site compliance.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead safety meetings and committees to foster a positive safety culture.
• Coordinate with contractors and owners to verify compliance and conduct job walks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, construction management, or engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in construction or safety management, preferably in data centers.
• 3+ years of senior-level safety or design management experience.
• Must be willing to relocate nationwide as required by project needs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.

Nice to have

• In-depth knowledge of EPA standards.
• Experience with emergency action and crisis management planning.
• Familiarity with permit systems for hot work, critical lifts, and energized electrical work.
