Salary: $165,000 – $180,000 per year

What you will do

• Define learning outcomes, readiness expectations, and content strategy across the entire CX learning journey.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive enablement kits, including training materials, SOPs, and knowledge base resources.
• Design and evolve onboarding journeys to reduce time-to-productivity and improve role readiness.
• Lead launch readiness by translating product updates into clear plans and delivery for customer-facing teams.
• Measure and iterate on training outcomes using metrics such as QA outcomes, ticket quality, and CSAT.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and leading onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for customer-facing teams.
• Proven experience in scalable content strategy and durable knowledge management.
• Strong instructional design capability to translate complex product changes into clear documentation.
• Comfort using metrics to define success and make data-informed decisions to address performance gaps.
• Ability to align multiple cross-functional partners and drive timelines in an evolving tech landscape.
• AI literacy for day-to-day workflows and excellent communication and facilitation skills.
