What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day organic social execution, including content calendars, writing, and publishing across multiple client accounts.
  • Translate marketing objectives into always-on content strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify trends, cultural moments, and competitive insights to keep client content relevant and engaging.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Paid Media, Creative, and Strategy teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor performance, build client-ready reports, and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
  • Participate in client calls as an executional lead to build trust and provide performance updates.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 2-5 years of hands-on organic social media experience, agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of mainstream and emerging social media platforms, best practices, and algorithm behaviors.
  • Excellent social copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across diverse brands.
  • Proficiency in social analytics, reporting tools, and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with lightweight creative tools such as Canva or CapCut.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting influencer or creator campaigns.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools like Sprout, Hootsuite, or Brandwatch.
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as ClickUp or Asana.
