What you will do

• Lead full-funnel paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and audience segmentation to drive performance and scalability.
• Execute structured A/B testing initiatives across creative, audiences, and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign performance using platform data and attribution tools to guide optimization.
• Partner with creative teams to iterate on performance-driven, social-first concepts.
• Own client communication, performance reporting, and strategic account growth.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on paid social experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record managing performance-focused campaigns for eCommerce or DTC brands.
• Strong expertise in major paid social platforms and campaign architecture.
• Analytical mindset with experience in attribution, lift testing, and incrementality.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Social Commerce programs like TikTok Shop.
• Familiarity with server-side tracking and CAPI implementation.
