What you will do
- Create, maintain, and execute social media content calendars across all platforms.
- Coordinate scheduling and publishing using Sprout Social and manage approval workflows and deadlines.
- Develop technical, developer-audience content (tutorials, code snippets, technical tips) in collaboration with Developer Advocacy and engineering teams.
- Manage daily social media activities on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and YouTube, including community engagement.
- Track performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and optimize content types and posting times based on engagement metrics.
- Run employee advocacy and executive social media programs, including C-suite content coordination and amplification strategies.
Requirements
- Work eligibility: residents of the United States only for the listed base salary range.
- 8+ years of social media marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or software company.
- Experience creating content for technical or developer audiences.
- Proven social media management tool experience, specifically Sprout Social.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a track record of meeting publishing deadlines.
- Excellent written communication and the ability to adapt tone for developer audiences.
