What you will do
- Set the creative standard and best-practice frameworks across all client accounts and platforms.
- Mentor and develop a team of performance creative strategists to improve diagnostic and direct-response skills.
- Build systematic production workflows and SOPs in collaboration with the lead editor.
- Align creative strategy with creator and talent processes to ensure cohesive paid media execution.
- Own the creative onboarding process for new clients to drive early wins and proof of concept.
- Act as the senior creative voice for founders and CMOs, presenting strategy and providing actionable feedback.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom
- 7+ years of experience in performance creative, primarily within an agency environment.
- Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth and improving conversion rates.
- Deep fluency in direct response principles for Meta and TikTok.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams under pressure.
- Ability to manage a large, diverse portfolio of clients simultaneously.
