What you will do

• Build, launch, and manage full-funnel paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor daily performance and optimize based on KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and revenue.
• Design and execute structured A/B tests across creative, audiences, and funnel stages.
• Partner with Creative teams to iterate on performance-driven ad concepts and messaging.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Support Social Commerce initiatives to connect paid media to platform-native shopping experiences.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on paid social experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proven track record managing performance-focused campaigns for eCommerce or DTC brands.
• Strong platform expertise in Meta and TikTok.
• Proficiency in GA4 and modern measurement approaches.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and manage multiple client accounts.

Nice to have

• Experience with Social Commerce programs like TikTok Shop or GMV Max.
• Familiarity with server-side tracking, CAPI, or advanced conversion tracking.
• Experience with third-party attribution tools like Northbeam or Triple Whale.
• Prior experience mentoring junior team members.
