Salary: $135,000 – $180,000

What you will do

• Oversee the Fixed Asset Accounting team and manage all reporting activities for fixed assets and inventory.
• Lead the period-end financial close process and ensure accuracy of lease models and journal entries.
• Maintain ownership of SOX key controls and facilitate internal and external audits.
• Drive process improvements to simplify accounting workflows and reduce the close timeline.
• Collaborate with technical accounting and tax teams to address complex financial issues.
• Provide leadership, training, and performance management for direct reports.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or asylee) to comply with U.S. export regulations.
• 6+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACA, CMA, or CA) is required.
• Strong analytical judgment and experience working with large data sets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships.

• Proven track record in building scalable accounting processes.
