What you will do

• Oversee technical accounting operations for supply chain, inventory, and asset lifecycles, including GRIR management and absorption costing.
• Drive systems transformation by leading accounting design for ERP migrations (SAP/Oracle) and documenting SOX-compliant controls.
• Define and execute a long-term operational accounting vision to ensure financial scalability in a hyper-growth environment.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and FP&A to establish operational metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and develop a high-performing global accounting team while maintaining a player-coach mindset for transactional work.
• Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors regarding supply chain accounting topics.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to export control regulations.
• Progressive accounting leadership experience in asset-heavy, logistics-intensive, or manufacturing environments.
• Deep expertise in inventory and cost accounting, US GAAP, and SOX internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with major ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and system integrations.
• Proven ability to design and operate robust end-to-end supply chain accounting workflows.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence senior executives.

Nice to have

• CPA certification or public accounting background.
• Experience in data center or hardware-intensive infrastructure operations.
