Salary: $200,000 - $240,000 + annual bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Lead commissioning, operation, and maintenance of mobile and modular distributed power plants using natural gas turbines and natural gas reciprocating engines.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance of fielded assets under a turnkey, owner-operator model.
• Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs and coordinate major service events with the Parent Company (CAT Dealer).
• Use SCADA and energy management systems to optimize performance and uptime.
• Manage field teams and coordinate vendor/OEM activities for system performance and reliability.
• Support positive customer experiences while upholding company core values.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent field experience).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in power generation operations and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with natural gas turbines and/or reciprocating engines.
• Experience managing field teams in a multi-site or mobile asset environment.
• Strong understanding of SCADA systems, Energy Management Systems (EMS), and remote monitoring tools.
• Experience with maintenance planning and tracking systems (CMMS) and with Caterpillar (CAT) equipment or CAT dealers.

Nice to have

• Experience in data center, industrial, utility, or oil and gas environments.
• Familiarity with grid-interconnected and behind-the-meter applications.
• Experience with modular or rapidly deployable power systems.
