TL;DR
Operations Tech Lead (SAP): Leading operational excellence for enterprise systems supporting core corporate functions with an accent on SAP platform stability, BASIS administration, and enterprise integrations. Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, USA
Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 yearly

What you will do
- Lead operational excellence for enterprise systems including Finance, HR, and Procurement.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of SAP and enterprise integration platforms.
- Manage environment governance, including release management, patching, and change control.
- Oversee vendor SLAs, contractor performance, and operational standards.
- Partner with security and engineering teams to maintain SOX and GDPR compliance.
- Deliver data-driven operational reporting to support executive decision-making.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations, specifically in SAP or ERP environments.
- Deep expertise in SAP platform operations and BASIS administration.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, transformation-oriented organizations.
- Strong knowledge of governance, change management, and compliance frameworks like SOX and GDPR.
- Excellent communication skills with experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Must be able to attend in-person interviews at company locations.
