What you will do

• Lead the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and Anaplan.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, compliant technology solutions.
• Design and maintain secure integrations between enterprise systems and external applications.
• Provide advanced Tier 2/3 support and coordinate with vendors to ensure SLA adherence.
• Lead testing strategies, including UAT, regression testing, and release planning for system upgrades.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with SOX and GxP regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Somerset, NJ.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in business application delivery, development, and support.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Ariba, or Anaplan.
• Understanding of Finance processes such as planning, reporting, and data analytics.
• Experience with system compliance activities including SOX and GxP.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across technical and business audiences.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, or Anaplan.
• PMP or Agile project management certifications.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, incident, and change management.
