What you will do

• Provide oversight for medium-to-large application development projects, enhancements, and implementations.
• Deliver technical leadership for building complex architecture, design, and system integration.
• Lead the applications development team, setting goals and objectives to achieve operational results.
• Collaborate with IT departments to ensure alignment with technical strategy and roadmaps.
• Oversee production incidents for assigned software systems, coordinating escalation and resolution.
• Manage third-party vendor resources and contractors while participating in SOX and compliance audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP application management or a Software Developer-related occupation.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a pre-employment background check.
