What you will do

• Define, maintain, and enforce global process modeling standards and methodologies for SAP S/4HANA deployment.
• Manage and mentor a team of Process Analysts, ensuring high quality and accuracy of deliverables.
• Collaborate with Global Business Process Owners (GBPOs) to align SAP design with operational needs and business metrics.
• Validate future-state process designs and conduct structured reviews to identify gaps, redundancies, and risks.
• Oversee the creation of test scripts and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm system behavior.
• Support the development of end-user training materials and facilitate site rollouts and capability building.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 3-5+ years of procurement experience in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP) and at least 2 years of people management experience.
• Expertise in process modeling tools such as BPMN, Visio, ARIS, or Signavio.
• Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work onsite.
• Ability and willingness to travel 20%–40% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or enterprise-level design projects.
• Familiarity with cross-functional processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or HR.
• Experience as a change leader championing new systems and business processes.
