What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom functionalities within SAP Sales and Service Cloud.
• Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, and debugging for SAP C4C platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP modules with third-party systems and tools.
• Provide technical leadership by coordinating managed services and mentoring junior developers.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability through configuration and workflow enhancements.
• Manage project governance, risk, and documentation in alignment with Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with SAP Cloud architecture development and implementation in Customer Service and Sales.
• Proficiency in programming languages including ABSL, ABAP, Java, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of SAP C4C integration tools, APIs, and Fiori framework.
• Proven track record of leading full-scale SAP C4C implementation projects.
• Experience managing offshore delivery teams and coordinating external resources.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Jam, or Customer Portals.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC, SCM, or other enterprise CRM applications like Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with CXOne telephony integrations.
