Salary: $84,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the advancement of renewable energy projects from RFP award through to Commercial Operation Date.
• Coordinate early-stage development activities including site identification, resource analysis, and environmental studies.
• Manage relationships with internal teams, external consultants, project partners, and local communities.
• Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support project administration by coordinating meetings and tracking action items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in project development and coordination, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Experience in partnership management and contract negotiations.
• Understanding of renewable energy technologies and the broader energy market.
• Ability to travel domestically and across North America (~30%).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
