Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Vancouver, BC office (Hybrid)
Salary: $84,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do
- Support the advancement of renewable energy projects from RFP award through to Commercial Operation Date.
- Coordinate early-stage development activities including site identification, resource analysis, and environmental studies.
- Manage relationships with internal teams, external consultants, project partners, and local communities.
- Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Support project administration by coordinating meetings and tracking action items.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in project development and coordination, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Experience in partnership management and contract negotiations.
- Understanding of renewable energy technologies and the broader energy market.
- Ability to travel domestically and across North America (~30%).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
